Introducing the new beautiful crochet along yarn pack designed by Rosina Plane.

Available in 3 different colour ways- Ultra Violet, Vintage and Bright.

Rosina has beautifully transformed her childhood memories of embroidery into this unique crochet project, creating a stunning blanket inspired by traditional cross stitch samplers.  Her passion for overlay mosaic crochet shines through in this intricate design.  The Mile Cross Blanket, named after an area in Norwich where Rosina grew up, is designed to be worked from the centre out, making it ideal for those who prefer overlay mosaic crochet in the round.

Mile Cross is designed as a 6-part CAL. The project will launch with the Getting Ready document on Monday 2nd September  The pattern parts will be released as follows:

• Part 1 – Friday 13th September 2024
• Part 2 – Friday 20th September 2024
• Part 3 – Friday 27th September 2024
• Part 4 – Friday 4th October 2024
• Part 5 – Friday 11th October 2024
• Part 6 – Friday 18th October 2024

This yarn pack Vintage contains 14 balls of Stylecraft Special DK in the following shades and quantities:

• 2 x Stylecraft Special DK – Vintage Peach (1836) – 100g
• 4 x Stylecraft Special DK – Toy (1844) – 100g
• 3 x Stylecraft Special DK – Claret (1123) – 100g
• 3 x Stylecraft Special DK – Walnut (1054) – 100g
• 2 x Stylecraft Special DK – Camel (1420) – 100g

The yarn pack Bright contains 14 balls of Stylecraft Special DK in the following shades and quantities:

• • 2 x Stylecraft Special DK – Pomegranate (1083) – 100g
  • 4 x Stylecraft Special DK – Cream (1005) – 100g
  • 3 x Stylecraft Special DK – Bottle (1009) – 100g

This yarn pack Ultra Violet contains 13 balls of Stylecraft Special DK in the following shades and quantities:

  • 6 x Stylecraft Special DK – Violet (1277) – 100g

You will also need a 4mm crochet hook.

The finished blanket will measure approximately 125cm square, and the yarn pack quantities given are for this size.
